1. About Us
Meenashma Jewellery is a UP-based handcrafted jewellery brand operating exclusively online through meenashma.in. We ship pan India and worldwide.
2. Products
All Meenashma Jewellery pieces are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in colour, finish, or stone placement may exist between the product photographs and the piece delivered. These are not defects — they are the mark of genuine handcraft.
Product colours may appear slightly different on screen depending on your device’s display settings.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless you have selected an alternate currency. International prices are approximate and subject to live exchange rate conversions. Ehsaas Jewellery reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are final.
4. Orders
By placing an order on our website you confirm that:
• The information provided is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided
• You are of legal age to make purchases in your country
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases a full refund will be issued.
Order confirmation emails are sent automatically after purchase. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive one within 24 hours.
5. Dispatch and Delivery
Domestic (India):
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days depending on your location.
International:
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 10–14 working days depending on destination country.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, festive seasons, customs processing, or courier delays beyond our control. Ehsaas Jewellery is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or customs authorities.
6. Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
7. Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Exchange Policy:
We offer exchanges only in the case of a damaged or defective product being delivered. To be eligible:
• You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery via Instagram DM or WhatsApp
• An unboxing video is mandatory — exchanges cannot be processed without it
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging

8. Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. Meenashma Jewellery does not store your payment information.
For international orders — payments are processed in INR and converted to your local currency by your bank or payment provider. Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on meenashma.in — including product photographs, descriptions, brand name, logo, and design — is the intellectual property of Meenashma Jewellery. Reproducing, copying, or using any content from this website without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
10. Privacy
We collect your name, contact details, and shipping address solely for the purpose of processing your order. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required for order fulfilment — for example sharing your address with our courier partner.
By placing an order you consent to receiving order-related communications via email and WhatsApp. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us directly.
11. Limitation of Liability
Meenashma Jewellery’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
We make every effort to ensure product information is accurate but do not warrant that descriptions, prices, or other content is error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors at any time.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from purchases made on meenashma.in shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

Meenashma Jewellery reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
